- Amplifying awareness & movement initiatives
On November 5th we set our seasonal goals to participate in the FAMOK Winter Market and host community sound baths. We had an entirely enriching experience participating at the FAM Winter Market. Unfortunately, we did not meet our second goal to host a community soundbath. This goal remains in the horizon as we will be introducing our personal sound bath and breathwork via crystal bowls and sharing our personal wellness journey.
