220pm- Doors open,  access code needed, PYFC is located on the 3rd floor, give yourself time to settle in. Restrooms are located down the hallway and key required.

3pm – Doors close (prompt start)
3-4pm – Soundbath journey
4pm - Integration and community chat 

Water is available with refillable canteen.

Homemade Summer Iced Tea is available  post session.
