920am- Doors open,  access code needed, PYFC is located on the 3rd floor, give yourself time to settle in. Restrooms are located down the hallway and key required. 

10am – Doors close (prompt start)
10-1050am – Soundbath journey
11am- Integration and community chat 

Water is available with refillable canteen.

Homemade Summer Iced Tea is available  post session.

Optional: essential oils will be offered and available for purchase post session
